Membership and access
A free account gives access to article previews, experience listings and trailers. A paid membership unlocks the full library, Pro Guide TV, The Revue, Legacy dossiers and member-only features in the app.
Fees and renewal
Membership costs 49 EUR for six months. Purchases made on this website are processed by Stripe; purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their own billing terms, including cancellation. State clearly whether the subscription renews automatically and how to stop it.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Set out here how that right applies to digital content that starts immediately, and the acknowledgement collected at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not share account credentials, download or redistribute video, scrape the library, or use the member network to solicit. Accounts that do may be suspended.
Intellectual property
Articles, films, photography and the Pro Guide Media name remain the property of Pro Guide Media SAS or its contributors. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable right to view them.
Third-party services and listings
Heritage properties, residency programmes and partner experiences are presented for information. They are not offers, financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Any transaction is a separate agreement with the relevant provider or adviser.
Liability
State the limitation of liability permitted under French law, and keep the carve-outs for death, personal injury and fraud.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end it for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
Governing law
French law governs these terms. Name the competent courts and the consumer mediation body here.
