What is Pro Guide Media?
A quiet publication and membership devoted to European art de vivre — heritage architecture, gastronomy, slow travel and the people keeping those crafts alive. The website is open to everyone; the full library lives in the app.
What does membership include?
Full access to Pro Guide TV documentaries, every edition of The Revue, the Pro Guide Pass audio guide, Legacy & ESG dossiers, and the member-only Hyper Live rooms.
Do I need the app?
Yes for the full experience. The website carries previews and the journal; films, complete editions and member features are in the app. Your website subscription signs you in automatically.
Billing
How much does membership cost?
49 EUR for six months. One price, no tiers.
How do I pay?
By card on this website, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay inside the app. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. If you subscribed inside the app, cancel through the App Store or Google Play, since that is where the billing sits.
The app
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad on recent iOS, and Android phones and tablets. The website works in any modern browser.
Can I read offline?
Editions of The Revue can be cached for offline reading. Films stream and are not downloadable, to protect the filmmakers' rights.
Privacy
What data do you collect?
Only what the membership needs: your name, email, reading language and subscription status. The privacy policy sets out every category and why we hold it.
How do I delete my account?
One tap in the app settings removes your account and personal data from our servers. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.
